Position Title: Mitigation Crew Member

Location: Evergreen & Conifer, CO
Starting Pay: $19-25/hour (W-2 Employee)
Includes Workman’s Comp & Liability Insurance
Hours: 6–35 hours/week (hours and work days are negotiable)
Start Date: ASAP- Late December
Minimum Age: 18

Overview:
At Blue Sky Fire Mitigation, we take wildfire risk seriously — and so should you. As a Mitigation Crew Member, you’ll assist our experienced team with wildfire mitigation projects, tree care, and vegetation management. This is meaningful, hands-on work that directly protects local homes, landscapes, and ecosystems.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
   
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
   
• Ability to safely handle basic tools and equipment
   
• Willingness to learn wildfire mitigation and tree care practices
   
• Good communication and teamwork skills
   
• Physically capable of lifting, dragging, and moving brush, logs, and debris
